Realistic Refreshment right from step 1!! Is what i would say about the Ambience at "Barbeque Ville,Chinchwad". The Ambience decor is inspired by The Seafood Festival.The best part is that it is well ventilated being on roof top.
We received starters as Dahi Puri , Pani Puri and Ragada Patice which was not appropriate as it was 12 noon lunch.The starters were average. The Puri's were a little too hard to chew, which overpowered the flavours of the filling.The Ragada Patice had nice blend of different flavour which turned out to be my favourite in chaat section.
Corn Bhel,Little Samosa,Aloo Chat for Vegetarian and Baby Prawns,Surmai and Bhangada for Non-Vegetarian were also included in Starters.
In Veg,Corn Bhel turned out to be best as it was crispy ,sweet and sour.All three favours where properly balanced.
In Non Veg,Surmai had an appealing taste.It was properly marinated and fried. It had balanced spices added to it which gave it an appealing taste .
The taste of the veg grill was quiet average. It could be better.
The Barbeque items were marinated masterpieces with Panner being my veg - favourite and Prawns being my Non Veg - favourite.

Now moving to the Grill Section,For Veg they served Mushrooms,Panner and Pineapple.
For Non-Veg they served Chicken,Basa Fish,Prawns.The taste of the veg grill was quiet average. It could be better.
The Barbeque items were marinated masterpieces with Panner being my veg - favourite and Prawns being my Non Veg - favourite.
I would rate 3.5/5 for starters and barbeque.
